The first Sidewalk Scramble, Feb. 20-22, 2004, was a smashing success. During the course of the weekend, 20 teams wrote, shot, and edited short films featuring "inspiration items" (kept secret until the Friday kick-off) in a quest to win $1,000 in cash prizes and the coveted "Best in Show" award.
